When I first finished the sketch with ink, I didn't have a clear idea of the colors I was going to use for the dress and the background, I had clear the color of the hair since it's one of my characters and she has red hair.
I decided to add butterflies in the hair, as a sign of freedom, a liberation, I guess I'm triying to say that she now feels completly free fom her ties and fears.
